Sublimation Primer

[Characteristics]
• One component heat curable formulation(modified urethane resin & acrylics)
• Relatively long-term pot life in 12months (15~28oC, RH 40~60%)
• Excellent adhesion to ceramic, metal, glass and plastic surfaces
• Excellent dye transferability under typical transfer work and no blocking

• Long-term stability of the images against UV light and humidity
• Improved Surface hardness in 2H to 3H after heat treatment
• Available in Glossy, Semi-gloss and Matte by customer request

[Appearance]

Clear transparent liquid

[How to Use]
• Clean carefully a target substrate
• Apply Magic 5 solution onto it by using Dip-coating, Air-compressed spray gun(or spray can in sale), Brushing, Bar coating, Screen print, etc.
• Cure it in 160oC/30min.

Caution!
• Recommend to wear both safety goggle and gas mask

• Avoid to inhale excess gas
• Wash immdediately upon contamination by a chemical used
