Hot water sterilization controls Bakanae disease and disinfects rice seeds safely.
It is eco-friendly as it uses less pesticide and contributes to saving farmhouse expenses.

Put rice seeds in the net into drawer type support and put the support in hot water using hoist of the machine and inspect rice seeds for set period of time. Upon completion of disinfection, the support comes up automatically and you can take rice-seeds net easily out of the support when the support is fixed to support x-frame installed out of the water container.

No additional disinfectants are required in case you sterilize rice seeds net in less than 15cm of thickness. Sterilization effect is increased even inside of rice seeds net by circulating water through every gap in the support and high temperature is kept at all times by installing cover in the upper part of FRP container in which double insulating materials are contained.

Set reserved temperature: Controls correct disinfection temperature automatically.
Set reserved time: Automatically increases after set 9~11 minutes of disinfection time.
Seeds drawer box: By spreading rice seeds net in the box to sterilize, transfers hot temperature water to inside within as short time as 10 minutes.
Auto-Hoist: It lifts up automatically when disinfection time is over and heavy rice seeds can be sterilized easily and conveniently using the hoist.

Durability: FRP container (Double structure, 50mm urethane foam is embedded)-      - H beam is used when install hoist.
       - External seeds drawer box support is installed out of the container.
       - Hot water sterilizer cover is equipped.
