- Characteristics
1.Understanding pure chlorine dioxide
♣ Chlorine dioxide (ClO2), which includes the word "chlorine" in its name, is chemically different from chlorine and is classified
as an oxygen-based oxidant.
♣ It is listed as a food additive in FDA / KFDA. In WHO, the highest grade of food additives is A1, EPA and MOE are used as a
